We are looking for a passionate Primary Teacher (EVS) for Classes 3 to 5, who can create an engaging and stimulating learning environment for young learners. The teacher will be responsible for delivering well-structured EVS lessons, fostering curiosity about the environment, and encouraging students to think critically about sustainability and nature.

Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Delivery & Lesson Planning:

• Plan and implement interactive, student-centered EVS lessons based on the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
• Use innovative teaching methods, including hands-on experiments, storytelling, and project-based learning.
• Foster environmental awareness and sustainability practices among students.
• Integrate technology and multimedia tools to enhance classroom teaching.

Classroom & Student Management:

• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through real-life examples and discussions.
• Assess and track student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
• Provide extra support to students who need additional guidance.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.

Student Engagement & Extracurricular Activities:

• Organize field trips, nature walks, and eco-club activities to promote experiential learning.
• Guide students in environmental projects, science fairs, and awareness campaigns.
• Encourage participation in discussions on current environmental issues.

Parent & Community Collaboration:

• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom activities.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops to involve them in their child’s learning journey.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Maintain attendance records, student progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Follow school policies, safety regulations, and child protection guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in Science / Environmental Science / B.Ed. (Primary Education) or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-5 years of teaching experience in primary school.
• Skills:
• Strong subject knowledge in EVS and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Creativity in lesson planning and activity-based learning.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
