Student Counseling and Guidance:

• Offer daily guidance and support to students regarding behavior, academics, and personal issues.
• Collaborate with other staff members as needed to address any immediate issues.

Weekly Responsibilities:

School Administration:

• Monitor and replace the other teachers in their absence.
• Organize and conduct quizzes and current affairs discussions on a weekly basis.

Monthly Responsibilities:

School Administration:

• Collaborate with the academic coordinator to prepare the monthly academic schedule under the guidance of the principal.

Periodic Responsibilities:

Examinations and Admissions:

• Conduct entrance tests for students during admission periods.
• Conduct Formative Assessments (FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4) Summative Examination (SA1 & SA2) and update progress reports accordingly.

Parental Engagement:

• Conduct PTM and coordinate with parents as required, especially during progress report periods.
• Accompanying the students for the educational trips.
• Should be able to do any other extra works assigned by the management.
