Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) of English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, an understanding of primary education, and a desire to foster a positive and supportive learning environment. This position is open to female candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons for primary school students (Grades 1 to 5).
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials in alignment with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages students’ participation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
• Provide personalized support and guidance to students in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through various formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain records of students' progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Promote a love for reading, language, and literature among students.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to implement interdisciplinary lessons and activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students in the classroom.
• Keep up-to-date with best practices in education and attend professional development workshops.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field. A teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed.) is preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching English at the primary level.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and tools for teaching.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
