Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons as per the school curriculum.
• Develop age-appropriate instructional strategies to enhance student learning.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Implement innovative teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Maintain records of students’ progress and provide feedback to parents during PTMs.
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in students.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
• Follow the school’s policies, guidelines, and code of conduct.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
• Strong command over English and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of child-centric teaching methodologies.
• Familiarity with CBSE/IGCSE curriculum will be an added advantage.
• Passionate about teaching and working with young learners.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
