Overview:

Pathways World School is seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, specifically with IBDP .

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English instruction for the IB Diploma Programme (DP).
• Teaching Literature and Language to Grades 10-12 in IB Curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of literature.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing timely feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and teaching practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in English or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of teaching experience, specifically in the IB curriculum.
• Proven experience with the IB curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
