Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Engaging Classes: Teach Quantitative Aptitude to SSC aspirants, including topics such as Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Data Interpretation, with engaging methods and clarity.
• Develop & Update Curriculum: Design lesson plans, notes, and practice exercises that align with the SSC syllabus, maintaining current knowledge of exam trends and changes.
• Individualized Attention: Provide personalized guidance to students, identifying areas of improvement, tracking their progress, and adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
• Mock Tests & Analysis: Organize and conduct periodic mock tests, providing detailed performance analysis and actionable feedback to improve students' problem-solving speed and accuracy.
• Mentoring & Motivation: Inspire and motivate students to overcome challenges, boosting their confidence and preparing them mentally for high-stakes exams.
• Doubt Resolution: Conduct doubt-clearing sessions to address individual student queries effectively, ensuring they understand concepts deeply and thoroughly.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (minimum), with a preference for Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience in SSC or other government exam preparation, with a strong grasp of Quantitative Aptitude and a track record of student success.
• Skills:
• Mastery in Quantitative Aptitude concepts relevant to SSC exams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex problems simply.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
