Job Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Instruction:
• Teach English literature and language to students in grades 11 and 12.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards.
• Use diverse teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and levels.
• Curriculum Development:
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans covering prose, poetry, grammar, and writing skills.
• Prepare teaching materials, including worksheets, assignments, and presentations.
• Student Assessment:
• Create and grade tests, quizzes, and assignments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their language skills.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Foster a culture of respect and inclusivity in the classroom.
• Skill Enhancement:
• Focus on developing students' critical thinking, reading comprehension, and communication skills.
• Encourage creative writing, debates, and public speaking.
• Student Mentorship:
• Act as a mentor, guiding students in their academic and personal growth.
• Support students in preparing for board exams and competitive tests.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with advancements in teaching methodologies and educational technology.
• Attend workshops and training sessions as required.
